Explosives Precursors, and Poisons Professional Users Form
From the 1st October 2023, businesses supplying regulated explosives precursors to professional users and other businesses needs to verify the legitimacy of the professional user or business. The form below must be completed and sent along with a form of ID before we can sell and supply such products.
Under the Control of Poisons and Explosive Precursors Regulations 2023 we require confirmation of the intended business use of regulated products purchased from Turfcare Specialists Ltd.
These products include:

When this form is completed and emailed to info@tsl-ne.co.uk along with a copy of your photo ID it will be checked and verified by our team. For account customers we will have to complete this verification every 18 months. For non-account customers we will have to verify every transaction for Regulated Substances. Verification will only take place during office hours; Monday-Friday between 8am-4pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
