The Government has introduced new measures for the supply & sale of Ammonium Nitrate fertiliser and other chemicals. Therefore from the 1st October 2023, Turfcare Specialists Ltd, are legally required to ask for a form of photographic ID when a customer is purchasing certain products.

The main products affected will be Acids, Disinfectants and some Fertilisers over 16% Nitrogen.

The Requirements

Full Account Customers:
Photo ID and a signed declaration every 18 months from one authorised purchaser within the business.

See the declaration form linked above, once completed send to info@tsl-ne.co.uk and it will be checked and verified by one of our team. Verification will only take place during office hours: Mon-Fri between 8am-4pm (excluding bank holidays).

No Regulated Substances will be despatched until verification has taken place.
